Meet the Staff of WAN

Williamsburg AIDS Network

Our Staff

The mission of WAN is to improve the quality of life through education about HIV/AIDS and service and support for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Brian G. O'Dell
Brian O'Dell has been Executive Director for The AIDS Fund for two years. He has many years experience as an educator and began his career in the field of HIV/AIDS as a Case Manager.  Prior to becoming Executive Director, Brian's role with The AIDS Fund was Senior Case Manager where he supervised a staff of 14 Case Managers. 

Rebecca (Becky) Hill
Becky has worked for WAN for 11 years. She is the "go-to" person in the office who keeps schedules, does HIV testing, coordinates events and provides essential staff support.
Jennifer Staupe,
Jennifer has worked at WAN for 7 years helping our clients arrange transportation, living and income assistance, medication and health care needs as well as providing caring support.
Livingston Rush
Livingston has worked at WAN since 2006. He provides HIV testing, education and prevention counseling as part of a pre-release program for inmates of correction facilities. He also serves as the Rapid Test coordinator for our office.
Kellie Rupard-Schorr
Kellie designs and implements education and testing programs, serves as the testing liaison for the satellite sites, does HIV testing and counseling and does the technology work for EAI and the website.
